Let him waste his time and shoe leather coming back time and again. Why should you ring these muppets. You have repeatedly told them you are NOT the person in question. If the scumbag returns to darken your door tell him to leave. He has no legal power whatsoever

Re: debt collector knocking on door

If the DCAs have been told you are not the debtor and have failed to produce proof you are the debtor, their actions could now amount to harassment, which is actionable in law. I am attaching a copy of the OFT Debt Collection Guidelines to this post. If you have the names of the DCAs involved, please list them and I can then obtain their OFT Licence Numbers to enable you to make formal complaints against them to OFT Credit Fitness Team and Trading Standards.

The fact that this alleged debt was passed to Muck Hall t/a The Kilmarnock Cowboys is proof alone that the alleged debt is UNENFORCEABLE. No company with half a brain passes any enforceable debt to these doughnut fearing threat monkeys

How about Highland Haemorrhoids instead of Kilmarnock Cowboys? Or is that the wrong part of Scotland?
