Thanks for your reply.

I have absolutely no idea what the debtis for and have never even heard or received any communication from either Restons or Arrow Global until Saturday.

I will send a copy of your letter, recorded delivery to both of them and keep you posted.

Arrow Global are debt purchasers, there may be an old debt you have forgotten all about by now (happened to me last year) or they may just have the wrong person. Restons are a firm of solicitors often used by DCAs, they are well known for issuing court papers at the drop of a hat, so it's best to be prepared. Do post up as soon as you get a reply or hear anything.
