Yes, pay what you can and don't tell them anything. The very fact you're paying something will get them off your back as much as anything will without really having a go at them.

With DCA's only ever tell what you HAVE to, anything else can wait till later. If you get a ppi settlement, sometimes I believe you can insist it is paid to you directly. This then gives leverage to negotiate a Full and Final settlement. Not 100% sure on that though.

The only thing I have is a letter which they sent when I first started struggling to pay 2009 date stating I have PPI and should explore this avenue for paying what I owe
Labman Lowells have given me 28 days so that runs into my next payment due date so will pay them as before some one posted on another thread about CPUTR 2008 should I send this to Lowell
just to wind them up they are meant to own the debt after all

Thinking without writing they have put my account on hold again for 28 days awaiting my reply to their comments on the letter they sent ie biased answers to my complaint about being harrassed
and reporting them to the credit fitness team as per my first post then they will resume collection activities
