Re: help bailiff letters for over £500 for gas i havent used from e-on on pre paid me
Speak to e-on first thing tomorrow morning and ask them to explain just what the hell is going on. If you had asked another gas supplier and not e-on to supply gas to your flat, e-on have some explaining to do. There is something called Slamming which is where a gas supplier blocks another supplier from supplying gas to a consumer, usually, without the knowledge and consent of the consumer. It is, to the best of my knowledge and belief, illegal. How much is e-on trying to claim?Life is a journey on which we all travel, sometimes together, but never alone.

If that's the case I would suggest it has not been to Court yet and it is a debt collector that is chasing you. It may be they are going to apply to the Magistrates Court for a Warrant of Entry - if granted they will add an extra £265 to your bill. have to be honest and say E.ON are very insensitive on things like this but easily defeated but you do need to act soonest.Originally posted by Laura m View Postim assuming it must of been, havent recieved a ccj yet just letters from uds with intention of court action big red letters
