a statutory demand can be served by first class post but an affidavit needs to be put into the court WHERE THE SD CAN BE APPLIED TO SET ASIDE, stating that service was by way of ordinary postal service, and only if the creditor has been unable to deliver the SD by personal service
i have never known service of an SD affidavit (BE IT PERSONAL OR POSTAL SERVICE) be placed before the court after delivery of an SD. THIS IS WHERE THE DCA/CREDITOR FAIL AND IS AN ABUSE OF PROCESS/ SERVICE
