Virgin Mobile are well-known for their chaotic accounts and sticking their fingers in their ears and not listening. A friend of mine had experience of them. In that case, two letters to them, the second threatening legal action, and both they and the threat monkeys they used, Moorcroft, backed down. And they admitted to well and truly fouling-up.Life is a journey on which we all travel, sometimes together, but never alone.

Agree - ignore this. Doorstep collections almost never actually take place following a letter like this, and they should only arrive after making an appointment. Some people have Tort of Trespass letters withdrawing permission for them to be on their property as it is, apparently, only an implied right. However, I think this is a bit excessive.
