Its not libelious when it is stated to the party(s) you are accusing, and/or when it is not a public statement. The fact its stated in private communication and not privy to public or other 3rd party person/company knowledge means it is not libel. Also it does amount to "as evidence of forgery" as described, it doesn't state as a matter of fact that forgery has taken place.
