Dont know what they want I dont have any defaults or loans if I did they would be over 6 years old but hay ho lets wait and see. Got me self a pre pay phone chip and I'm going to let them phone it till they can't afford the phone bill lol.

I phoned these people today because they phoned my home number which is ex-director and my work number, they were really rude and said that Natwest has been sending me letters at an address that I lived in 10 years ago and the owner has been sending them back. I have no defaults on my credit history although I think I had a credit card with Natwest but have not seen it or payed anything on it for 10 years at least so I think it should be Statue Bared I gave them my address so they could write to me but if the alleged debt is that old I don't think there is a lot that they can do! Please comment Thanks.

You could ask them to prove their interest in this matter or otherwise leave you alone, or just ignore them if you are convinced it's statute barred ?
