Revenue Protection Support Services - Wrong Address

Hi

About a week ago I received a letter from this debt collection agency but it was not addressed to me.
I sent it back but a couple of days ago I received yet another one which I sent back with 'he does not live here'.

I checked the back of the envelope and found out it was RPSS and their website states they deal with train fare evasions.

I suspect somebody has used my address but I do not know who this person is...

The person who they are looking for does not live here and never has.

What should I do if they keep sending letters?

Just post them back with 'Not known at this address - Return to sender' written across the front
