Hi All

I have received a letter this weekend from Trevor Munn solicitors threatening to submit a claim to Northampton Bulk Claims for a payday loan debt with Quickquid.

To date:

1) No notice of assignment from Quickquid
2) No default notice
3) Account in dispute due to 'lost payments'

I want to put this lot back under the rock they've come from so any suggestions welcome!

nice, I am not the only one NOT receiving the default notice from quickquid...
(sorry for the interference in your topic.... I wish ou the best in sorting these out... I have nothing from these solicitors, just ARC Europe. received only the "debt referral notice" to ARC Eu, via email from QQ, no default notice but 3 consecutive defaults for the same debt.)
