Re: Connaught, FOS & Statutory demand

    Just noticed that SD states

The debtor entered intro a contract with Bank of Scotland Plc and was given the account number 5434298622412794.

However if you look at the application form the number 45564730 0404 3245 is written on the top of it and that wasn't by me.
I don't know if this helps or not.
Just off to post recorded delivery letter off now.
    Grateful Thanks

Jst a quick note to ask if I need to send in set aside forms will be by post on Monday as the court is in Connaught's area not mine which is south yorkshire so would be very difficult to hand deliver request to set aside in at the court stated on the SD. MONday is the 18 day eexactly from date of service as you have already worked out.
          Grateful thanks

            Hi

Just picked up this tread as I have the exact same situation.

Same DCA and OC I have set aside their first stat demand, but expect another.

I challenge their right to collect this account as I have never recieved any documents regarding Assignment.

I have requested and been sent the original agreement but it looks a mash up, using my previous name, which was correct at the time.

            What can I do.
