I TAKE YOU DID NOT TYPE THOSE DETAILS ON THE APPLICATION FORM, THESE SORT OF FORMS WERE HANDED OUT IN MOTORWAY SERVICE STATIONS OR IN MAGAZINES

ME THINKS THEY MIGHT HAVE CUT AND PASTED YOUR SIGNATURE

no worries on the date you received it, the guy who was the process server would have to do an affi davit on service

give me till tomorow evening and ill have the forms ready for you to send the court

                      as stated

this is 100 % game over for connaught and you will end up with £200 to £300 costs on connaught. once it is set aside they will never be able to issue another SD again

i hope you did not pay your solicitor to much as its obvious he was not up to the job, it was his job to find out all these error from connaught and i have ended this for you in a couple of hours

I cannot tell you how much better I feel, you have been fantastic and very patient.
I have no problem in admitting I owe them or even repaying them, it's their cut throat approach I object to. They continue to frighten so many people and it's cruel.
Sleep well. Thank you so much.
