  • Help with mortgage advice

    Hello all,

after 18 months of sorting through my debts, i am now at the stage where my 3 creditors are happy with my payment agreements. Now me and my partner have decided to get a mortgage, This will be soley in her name as my credit is terrible, it looks highly likely she will be accepted. i have two questions.

    1. what is the best way to protect myself say we were to split up in x amount of years as i wont be on the mortgage papers until i get god credit again?

    2. We will be moving in together so how do i prevet us be connected so that we can protect her credit rating?

    thanks in advance
