Capquest rang neighbour

My neighbour stopped me this morning to ask if i had any odd phone calls, i said what kind,she said someone had rung her asking if someone by a a name she didnt know lived next door
I am fuming,i have read about these people before,the person tyhey were asking about was my son,who uses my address as a postal address,he has moved abroad,
My neighbour didnt recognise the surname as it is different to mine,but recognised the christian name, is this leghal? they told gher they wanted to deliver something and were checking that the person lived at this address
I told her it was a scam, and any questions about my address to put the phone down

I am sure it was capquest because earlier i had a phone call which i didnt answer ,but looked the no up, it was capquests no, and as a letter had come last week for my son from them, it could only be them,as he has my address down as a postal address,
They are after money they say he owes from when he had a donle where he lived before he moved,it was a pay monthly one from the 3 network, as he couldnt get the internet where he lived before,he had paid up before he left, but they are insisting he he still owes £53
It is the only debt letter to come for him

That should read *dongle, as he lived in a village with no internet access at the time
