Hello me again after tell friends about the excellent advice i have been given on LB one has asked a question the answer i have not read in the thousands of posts i have read .They have a CCj for just under 5 k which they are paying at £4 a month as per the CCJ due to their income buying less and hassle from the collector of the debt they are willing to stop paying £4 and offering £1 per month and saying if they dont like that they can go back to court and are sure the court will accept that the company have asked them for an income and expenditure form the reply was unprintable but its something we all do should they lose in court would bailiffs be sent although they would get nothing and they are classed as vulnerable in the rules
