Unfortunately that's the quality of copy I have (it's hi res scan) I have not make a section 77 request under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 for a copy of the agreement which is a big mistake.

It seems I do not have grounds to stand the defence so I want to admit to the claim.

Could someone advice what's the best way of doing it? Can I still submit the Admission (specified amount) form I received with the claim? OR how can I notify the court I am admitting the claim in full?

Thank you in advance for advice on this.

sorry if i keep repeating things

its just my way of confirming things

was the agreement re-written at any time

      ie

extend the repayment period for lower payments

      do you have the agreement
I wonder if any one can help me please. I have today received a claim form from the court stating the same thing, except the balance is £8,929.48 plus interest of £2,364.23. I had car finance with Welcome, I paid for the first 2 years of a 4 year agreement, but then started to struggle. At this point I tried to get my payments reduced, and Welcome re-wrote the debt to go over a longer period. I stupidly agreed to this taking the loan to ten years. They are now taking me to court for nearly £11.5k for a loan which originally was for £3.5k and I have paid them £4.5k. Any help appreciated. Thanks

Guys I don't know if you can help me late on in the day but here goes, Welcolme financial the scum bags serve proceedings on me back in April 2014. I was confused by the court system and I have never had any dealings with the court before. I was asked to surrender certain documents before the courts which I attended and surrendered the documents. at which point the officer of the court then asked weather or not I wanted to dispute the order in its entirety which I did. so I was under the assumption that I did not have to appear in court until further notified.
However at the beginning of August I was served with a letter saying I had to attend court with a hole bunch of documentation and a statement to the court as to why I did not attend or I will be sent to prison for contempt of court.

In any event this is statuet barred debt and welcolme finance have no proof that I made any contact or payments in the six year time period. But can you guys help me with what I need to do next re the court on Tuesday.
