2. Our letter to you with enclosures, that includes the S87 CAA notice over and above the documents beyond the face of the letter.
3. Letter before action 28-5-12 and letter 25-5-12
4. Notice of Change of solicitor
5 further copies of the agreement, T&C, statements and default notice as aforesaid
your correspondence of 21st and 25 June and 2nd July Court Orders, the A of SS and our letter to the court

Please confirm that within 7 days you will withdraw your Application or tell us what you think the outstanding issues are. We shall make on charges for photocopying.

More important please let us have fully particularised Defence or Admission within 21 days of the date of this letter.

Letter is dated 22nd November.

IND are not solicitors, so who is the notice of change changing to?

The Claimant is listed as welcome finance?? so what is IND involvement?

the above went into our unless order/application hearing

stupid question i know, but confirm WHAT THEY HAVE NOT SUPPLIED in their response

i realy do need to see the default and credit agreement that they have sent, with the change of solicitor, can you scan them into your pc and post them on your thread

If prior to the application they hadnt disclosed.

And then after the application was filed, they DID disclose

Then one would surely think the application has succeeded, and could be withdrawn by consent provided the costs of the application were paid by the Claimant.

Of course my point remains, if they havent been assigned, then they are not solicitors, and therefore cannot conduct the litigation on Welcomes behalf

i have a feeling that welcome have sold this account to IND,and IND has started litigation without informing haloo about any assignment, that is why it is not in the poc

thats is just a gut feeling, nothing more at the moment

IND HAS NOT supplied [3] the deed of assignment.

I never received any correspondence from Welcome, all letters were sent from IND. I will have access to scanner this evening so will scan and provide all documents they sent. Change of Solicitors Letter states that Debt Account Manager will act in person (address Welcome Financial Services).

So they have not provided any link between IND and Welcome.

On the 16^th June I have received Claim Form issued by Northampton County Court Bulk Centre dated 13^th June, hte claimant is Welcome Finance Services and Hegarty acts on their behalf.
