My E mail to court helped. I got a call from court. Lady on the phone said that she has not passed my application to the judge yet as there is some paperwork from Northampton missing. she said she emailed them and it should not be long when she pass my application to the judge. She confirmed nothing was served to Welcome as yet. Now, what shall we do about the paperwork from IND?

just relax for the time being

nothing will happen to this claim until the judge has done directions

i will nail IND an their admin but for the time being it is best not to disclose until the judge has done the directions

have a nose at this link and you will see how i work these claims

Sorry for not updating the thread for a while, still nothing from Brentford Court. I have dropped them e mail today, as it has been been couple of weeks since I spoken to them. Is it normal that things take so much time?

Hello, after bit of a break. I have never received any reply to my e mail from Brentford but have received letter stating the hearing will take place on the 30 January. No further correspondence from IND. So what shall I prepare for the hearing? How to nail it? Thank you as always for advices, would not get so far without your help.

Please see below, it actually does not say that it's in the relation to N244 notice:

                            Notice of Hearing

1st Claimant Welcome Financial Services Ltd Kingston House
                            1st defendant: xxxxx
                            (Me)

TAKE NOTICE that the Application Hearing will take place on 30 January 2013 at 2pm
                            at Brentford County Court,
(plus the address of the court)
                            When you should attend
30 minutes has been allowed for the hearing

Then just some info about arriving 15 min earlier, facilities at the court etc,

                            At the bottom it states:

Please note: This case may be released to another Judge, possibly at different Court

Do you think it relates to N244 Notice?
