    thats ok

just enclose a copy of the email request you sent to IND IT IS IN the witness statement so its fine, JUST PRINT IT OFF FROM YOUR EMAIL SENT BOX

now with the n244 form, just enclose what i have said in post 58 and send the whole lot by registered or recorded delivery to the court

no need to inform welcome, the court will do that as you are the defendant, not the claimant

rememBer to keep copies and please confirm you have amended the statement as to my post in post 53

      "Dear XXX,

As per our phone conversation today at XX:XX I have asked if you would agree to the 28 day extension as to CPR 15.5. As discussed, I require an e mail confirmation that you (or person who is responsible to make this decision) agree for the 28 days extension, to receive today by 16:00 so it can be forwarded to court in time limits. I have send CPR 31.14 request delivered on 3rd July for which I have not received reply.

I just want to mention that you refused to give me your surname when asked for it.

Looking forward to hearing from you today before 16:00.

      Best Regards,"

thank you. Yes I have changed the date to 10/07/12 as per your post 53. I will post it to court tomorrow. I have printed the e mail and attached to the N244 form. I have all documents saved as PDF's paper copies and original and will keep them safe. I can't even describe how thankful I am for your help on my case. It's truly amazing! I will keep posting on any developments.

negative, take off welcomes address on the draft order, just send the order as it is on a sheet of A4

THE COURT WILL RETYPE AND SEND THE ORDER TO WELCOME

THE COURT WILL KNOW WELCOMES ADDRESS AS YOU HAVE ALLREADY HAVE ATTACHED THE LETTER FROM HAGGERTY ON THE 28 JUNE SAYING THAT WELCOME ARE NOW HANDLING IT, BUT ENCLOSE A LOOSE COPY ANYWAY OF THAT CHANGE OF SOLICITOR AND SEND TO THE COURT

WHAT WILL HAPPEN NOW IS THE COURT WILL CONTACT WELCOME

the draft order will make them release those documents, knowing welcome like i do, they will struggle

if they do not comply by 4pm on the 26 july, the claim will be thrown out

just sit back and wait for any news, the next thing you will get is a copy of the draft order stamped by the court (FOR YOUR RECORDS ONLY)

if no news by the 26 july. you phone up and request judgement by default

ill remind you nearer the time but

                            ALLWAYS KEEP YOUR THREAD UPDATED

today I have received Notice of Transfer of Proceedings from Nothampton (CCBC) County Court dated 13 July 2012. It simply states:
                                "To all parties:
This claim has been transferred to the Brentford County Court as the CCBC Sol is No Longer Acting"

Is it a normal thing? Good or bad?

What about N244 form which was delivered to Northampton on the 13th?
