Oh my god your right how thick an I going back to them not sending any credit agreent to me should I send them a letter regarding this ? Because I would like to have a full statement and a copy of the agreement also.

You need to send a request under section 77 of the CCA. There will be a templare letter on here somewgere, if not.

Please supply a true copy of the agreement for the above account as required under section 77 of the Consumer credit act.
I also require an up-to date statement of account as required under section 77a.

Oh in addition i usually recommend that you do not use your normal signature.

Just so that you would recognize it again if someone were to cut and paste it onto a manufactured agreement at some time in the future.
