    Certified copies of such documents should be requested too, as we all know how to add a name and an address to a bill to make look legit.

      Hi everyone - further progress and now need more help. since i last posted every month DML would send me a letter saying they were waiting to hear back for carphone warehouse. Today I have recieved a letter sayingto pay and a 'detailed statement of transactions' from Carphone warehouse this has a account number a mobile number then 7 transacctions including a canellation fee of 420.00. There is no actual mobile bills showing how this was run up, no contract with my signature showing cancellation fees just this one page typed up. Is this proof I took a picture of the statment but cant figure out how to upload it. What should i do now - I know now they have provided me with this the letters threats will all star again so want to write to them straight away - I genuinly dont think this is proof - I caould type up a letter like this also intretingly the last description of a transaction was dated 18.12.07 - however the last date Fredrickson (the first debt agency) provided me with was june 2007. What should I do so stuck now would call cab but they take so long to see anyone and I have a child and 3 jobs.
