Good! Make sure you do. While one person complaining may not make much difference, the cumulative effect does, and with this particular group issuing them like there was no tomorrow, they've already attracted less than positive attention once. If we can get their shoddy practices looked at again, that would be great.

My plan is to get the 6.5 sworn tomorrow in my local solicitors. After that what do I send to the court? Is it just the 6.4 and 6.5, or do I also send a copy of the demand?
            WelshGuy77,

Please don't take this the wrong way, but I know someone from Watsons of Llandudno has offered to help you with this. Rather than trying to do it by yourself, would you not be better getting help from proper solicitors? If you make a mistake on those two forms, Crapquest will quite possibly be able to petition which is the last thing you want.

I'm not sure, but you've certainly got this on two sites and possibly three. There's nothing wrong in that, but if you're offered professional help from the same firm that's dealing with Celestine's case, is it not slightly illogical to turn it down?

At the end of the day, it is of course your decision, but I'd have felt terrible if things go wrong and I hadn't made this point.

Whichever way you choose to go, i do, of course, wish you the very best of luck!

In which case my sincere apologies. You have someone with a very very similar user name and an identical problem (literally identical) on All About Debt where help has been offered, but not taken up. I guess conincidences do happen, so my genuine apologies - I hope you understand why I thought it could be you.

Better mentioned and be wrong, than it be right and never be mentioned! :beagle:

                    Re: CapQuest Statutory Demand

Don't worry, it was clearly my misunderstanding. There is a thread on a different site where someone with an identical problem to yours and a very similar username has turned down help. I'll post a link to it later and you'll see why I was confused.

It doesn't matter, as long as you're getting the help and support you need.

Here's the link. You'll understand the similarities now, and one thread seems to take over seemlessly from the other.

Apologies for the confusion again, coincidences do happen as I said - guess this is one of them.
