Have had reply from Freds - in a fashion anyway!
I got a letter with a payment card attached with a list of instructions on how to use it and a note saying the 1st payment is due 1st April.

Guess that means they accept my offer then????

Does their response state they have accepted your offer? If not tread carefully. I would write back asking if they accept your offer before paying anything. So long as you have the agreement in writing you're covered.

Hi

I dont think they have much choice.
Just pay what you can afford if you find yourself running into problems again re contact them and reduce the repayments, dont whatever you do borrow agan so you can maintain the arrangement.
