A drama with Barclaycard is dragging on. Account taken out between 2002-2004.
Short story.
CCA requested.
Nothing provided by Barclaycard
SAR Made;
No CCA present, just copy of old application form with no real relevant terms

Account in Dispute Due No CCA
Mercers defaulted me;

From what i understand it is defective as:
It does not list the original creditors name or address (Barclaycard)
Time to rectify was not sufficient (2 days short due to Bank Holiday service time working on 1st Class Postage time allowances)
The default notice must contain information in the prescribed terms about the consequences of failure to comply with it. It Does not do this
Account has done the rounds, and sold to Lowells last year with a Notice of Assignment issued;

Lowells have given up and are re selling on as they known and i know no payment will ever be made as the account does not hold a CCA.
Can anyone please advise on best way to try and get this faulty default removed?
