  • Could your Landlord help with boosting your CS

Just thinking about this and ways of trying to boost ones credit score. Now the way I see it my rental agreement with my landlord is a credit agreement to pay £600 pcm for a stated amount of time my current one is 12 months. Could one ask this Landlord to place a record on the credit file if you have kept a perfect record and such.
Myself would think they would have a duty but is there a clause because it's a rental agreement under housing acts!!

    Peace.

Good question. One might think that they're quick enough to credit check you to make sure you're going to be a suitable tenant, so the least they could do was report to these same agencies whether you actually were.

Excellent point Labman, I do fear however that not many people do have these records.
