Fair treatment of customers?
My wife is on income support and Lowell's have threatened her with a ccj and bankruptcy if she doesn't set up a payment plan.
Next letter says they will pass it on to another debt collection agency in 21 days if she doesn't set up a payment plan.
Wife told them they can send it to who they like they will get the same response of sod off
She owes £1400 and it has been to four dca's so far and she still hasn't seen a court
