On the issue of CapQuest, I paid them one hundred and five pounds in instalments on a lapsed Egg loan. Then I realised there was a prior dispute with the OC, since Egg went to the Northampton County Court when they knew I was abroad. I subsequently had the ccj set aside. CapQuest closed my account once they knew what had happened. However, they refuse to repay the ibstakmets I made. Is there anything I can do to recover the money?
