  • debt collection ebay by IQ

I am not sure If I am posting this in a right category however I have an issue with ebay and now they have passed my details to IQ for debt collection

Basically I sold an item on ebay and the buyer claimed that he has not received It. I provided the a proof that the parcel was sent. However they ignored all that and refunded the buyer. They even didn’t pay my commission fee back , so did paypal.
In the end it was under £30 but because I have been bullied I do not want to pay it under any circumstances. I have read on forums that they can not do anything because they have no credit agreement with me and etc however this has caused me a bit of annoyance

They are keep calling, and I do not pick it up, so here are the questions
    1. Can ebay or IQ sue me and get the money off me? Is it legal?
    2. Is it not breach of data protection that they have passed my details to IQ(ebay has)
    3. Can I stop the calls from IQ by simply saying that u have got the wrong number( I sound daft :-) but I have never picked the call up) or is there a law that they are breaching by harassing me on sat and Sunday or any days to call me?

Any other advises will also be appreciated

Ignore IQ and report them to the OFT,trading standards if they refuse to stop harassing you.
