Yet another letter from them today regarding a disputed 3 account.
This was a boring 2 page load of drivel going into the in's and out's of my complaint & how they will continue collection activity/give me 14 days etc.............
More complaints to all the authorities are now on their way of course.
Makes me laugh at how they just wont let go no matter how many times you tell them to bog off and how they haven't got a legal leg to stand on - they say are confident of their position = yawn.
I am rather enjoying this game of communication ping-pong with them being the sadist that i am - it's been going on since about spring time this year now!
The only sad thing is that they are destroying the rain forest with their garbage were as i just fire off an email to them to tell them what is what.
The debt they are trying to chase i have worked out will be stat barred in September 2013 anyway which is not as long away as we think so let's see if i can hold them off till then and then they will be hit with the stat barred letter! :beagle:

I did the same with them, thoroughly enjoying writing responses to their inane letters. I finally hit them with a CCA request, which eventually revealed there was no copy of the original agreement, so they wrote off the debt: ten thousand pounds.


I am still celebrating now, what a bunch of (insert an adjective of your own choice) ***holed
