  • Scotcall and 1st credit

Hvae had a letter from Scotcall regarding an 8 yr old debt with MNBA. They have asked me to pay up or they will send an AGENT around to see me!!

I am sending them the statute barred letter but who are they?

Have a letter from 1st credit offering me the chance to ONLY pay 10% of another 8 yr old debt! They will also get the statute barred letter.

What do l do if they ignore this letter??

    Thanks

scotcall are a debt collection agency who have self-employed dorstep agents. I know I've done it . and a thankless task it is. Report them to the FSA if they continue to persue the debt. Try not to be too rude to the doorstep collector who's had no training andis only trying to make a few quid .

Save your money and postage and file Snotcalls letters under I.
      Acknowledgement only encourages them.

No worries about 1st Crud = totally useless.
Report them all to the OFT & trading standards if they refuse to stop harassing you.

They should make better use of their time over Xmas and go volunteer in a homeless soup kitchen or somewhere :beagle:
