  • Kel v Natwest Card

Eh theyre like buses, no DCAs for a while then they all turn up.
If i was a suspicious person I would think that someone who works for Natwest is on this forum.. msl:

    Anyway

Back in June we CCAd Alllied International Credit for a Natwest Credit Card, which is getting a £1 a month through Payplan.
They never gave us any info or details, despite leaving a voicemail saying they would.
As its not out intention to look for avoiding payments, we carried on with the payment plan of £1 a month.

But lo and behold if AIC write to us saying they will knock 25% of the debt if we pay up.
Thought this was a bit cheaky as they havent proved they are entitled to enforce this debt.

So off goes the CCA default letter in the morning.
