    HI

    There is nothing wrong with telling them you are on a DMC.They are requied to talk to your approved agent. If you do not tell them, they can continue pestering you.
    Remind them that recently MBNA got a huge fine for trying to bypass a DMC.

    TELL THEM THAT OFT GUiDLINES REQUIRE THEM TO DEAL WITH YOUR AUTHORISED AGENT.

    You are doing everything correctly, no need to duck and dive.

      DCA's should never be communicated with unless it's through a spiritual medium. (or unless like me you just want to wind them up all the time)
