    THIS WAS IN AN EMAIL THAT TURNED UP OUT OF THE BLUE.
    I ACCEPT A FEW YEARS AGO I FELL INTO THE PAYDAY LOAN TRAP BUT THIS IS NO MORE THAN HARASSMENT


    LETS DISECT IT SHALL WE


    1/ HOME VISIT
    2 / RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ADD CHARGES/CONTRACTUAL INTEREST ETC,


    NOT ON A THIRTY DAY LOAN YOU WILL NOT


    I WILL HAVE NO CONTACT WITH THEM UNTIL A NOTICE OF ASSIGNMENT GETS SENT TO ME FROM WAGE DAY ADVANCE BY RECORDED DELIVERY TO COMPLY WITH LOP 1925


    IT JUST MAKES ME MAD THAT THEY STILL THINK THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH CONDUCT WITH NO REDRESS

    Motormile finance, ignore them their lower than the bottom feeders Machenzie hall. Hell i had to expeling the Motor Mile Finance's Managing Director the legislation regarding defaulted Pay day loan agreements and Default Notices, and point out that as Pay day loan lenders when and account id defaulted then create a secound agreement for the defaulted amount and type the original debtors signiture in is also unlawful as the default amount can only be part of the original agreement. Not to mention explain to them about unlawful and excessive charges for unlawful attempts to debit some ones debit card.

    Put it this way, they simply did not have a clue about the legislation and i would serious question their fitness to hold a consumer credit license.

    And i can safely say, they lost the argument lol.

      If they offer to settle for 60%, one may be reasonably sure that they know they don't have a hope in hell of enforcing the alleged debt.

      When was the debt allegedly incurred?

        Given their lack of knowledge on legislation Cleverclogs, they don't have a hope in hell of securing or enforcing a single alleged debt that they have on their books lol

            It wouldn't surprise me if they were statuted barred since they seem to have been past quite a few alleged debts by Machenzie Hall - And we all know what Machenzie Hall are like for Statuted Barred and unenforceable debts LOL.

              I had an email from this company yesterday, saying more or less the same... But tonight they have taken that one step further, and taken from my bank account my entire two weeks unemployment benefit! They have left me with nothing to live on for the next fortnight. Apparently there is nothing my bank can do.... Delightful company!

                  Yes there is something you can do. You never had an agreement with this company, therefore they never had your authorisation to take any money from your account. Therefore by doing so they have committed an act of theft. You need to be firm with your bank, usually going into the local branch and stating if the money is not back in your account by the close of the day you will make it a criminal matter by reporting it to the police.
