Still no reply from Capquest

I received a letter out of the blue from Orange last week saying that "my account" (stat barred now) was being transferred to Capquest and that i now owe them etc.....
So i thought i would fire the first shot across the bow and send an email to Capquest to tell them what was what etc...
Still had no response from them - even gave them my phone number as well in the email and said that if they were in any doubt as to the contents of the email then feel free to contact me - what more of an invitation to contact do they need?
Come on Capquest i'm getting impatient waiting

They will probs ignore your letter and write another letter with a threat o gram.

When you send them the harrassment letter they may stop contacting you.
