Well after my Lowell Question thread went a bit weird I wrote a letter to Lowells enclosing a copy of letter from Shop Direct stating they had no CCA and the account is still in dispute with the OC
Lowells are looking into this they dont know how long it will take they will have to consult outside sources as well as their documentation
This morning true to form from the next desk down to Lowells a letter from Red who I might add may get a ccj take my house and make me bankrupt as well as making me sell my kidney to pay therm back(just joking)

Send them a letter making it clear you are aware that red is part of the lowell group and using 2 seperate trading names or companies to chase the same debt that is in clear dispute I.E. No CCA, is a clear breach of OFT Guidelines.

Plus just to remind them of what you informed them of before state "Just so you are fully aware of what i told the chap at lowells on the next desk along from yours, i have attached a copy of my last letter to them" - If you (lowells) continue to chase me for a clearly seriously disputed debt, not only will i deem it as harassment but i will also start charging you £25 admininstration cost for each letter, Email, Phone call, text, SMS or voice message asking me to contact you or demanding payment.

Plus if you would be so kind to also remind them that they still owe teaboy 2 over £750 which i last invoiced them over unsolicited phone they are trying to collect early terminations fees on, when i never even entered a dam contract with it being sent to me unsolicited - Thanks lol

Your welcome winner. Am actually still considering whether to issue them a stautory demand for the outstanding invoice lol - Aswell as suing for libel as they still have not removed the Default from my credit file regarding the unsolicited mobile phone and non existant contract, as well as their libellous comments made made about my true accusations i originall posted about the issue on consumer action group, where the libellous claimed the accusations were false to get my thread removed, though i backed it up with evidence and was allowed to repost, didn't here another word from their solicitors after that and my quick point that falsely claim comments are liebellous would make such false claim libellous since they were made the the CAG site team and not to directly to me lol.

Oh yeah i have alot of fun with these people, though they been very quite the last few months. Now i wonder if that was becuase i got a copy of their credit report too lol
