Hi,
Hope some one can help. I have received a letter from Buchanan Clark and wells. Their client Aktiv Kapital limited with an address I've not lived in for 15 years. It says that I 684.12 for a company (burnside furniture complex) I don't even remember or recognise. I'm in a IVA program and have been since July 2010 due to dept from my marriage that I couldn't pay by my self.
How do I find out who this is and can they ask for money after 15 years (I know it's not much to some but it is for me)?
