    Anyone had dealings with them?

    I looked into this when setting up my charity. I decided against. They have some very mixed reviews, and charge a very healthy annual fee to be part of their organisation.

    Were you looking at them with a view to becoming a part of their organisation or with a view to becoming a client?

      They have limited staffing levels and will not, as a consequence, assist people who live outside of specific post code catchment zones.
