After being ignored totally by Monument (who are still accepting my payments)
I have had a response to my complaint about not receiving a NOA before being bombarded with letters from Circuit
Monument are looking into my complaint and that's it
But now I have another letter from Circuit stating my reluctance to get in touch with them has given them no choice but to set up repayments of £40 a month (DMP is £16) this offer will remain in place for 6 months when it will be reviewed
I will not be sending Circuit any money and they ignore my letters anyway could I send account in dispute wording geared towards lack of NOA or just sit tight and ignore circuit like they ignore me

Hi Winner,

Sorry, I've missed the beginning of this thread, but do you realise they don't have to provide a NOA if the assignment is Equitable now (EU Directives). No need to tell them that mind as most of them have never even heard of the EU Directives!

Its a real pain though how are we supposed to know who to pay when they dont follow the rules anyway I did think they had to send a hello and goodbye letter
