Heres one for you.I owe £31.99 to la fitness,and ARC europe have got involved,only they say i owe £117 stating that i owe 2 months,even though i have bank statements to prove otherwise,£40 admin,even though i have asked for written proof of this and it has never materialised,and £1o fees.A few weeks ago they said they will knock off the "admin " charge and the £10 fees.They must have rang my mobile 50 times over the last few months.So i thought i will email them and tell them i will pay them the £31.99.I rang them to get the email address and this jumped up divvy said its already gone to northampton county court so i said ok ill deal with it then.he then said they are willing to sort out the £117 today to which i said "its too late mate you said its gone to northampton county court.He then said its being "prepared " for court.i said "come on mate,make ya mind up".I ended the conversation by putting the phone down...They even sent a letter to me around 6 weeks ago telling nme i must ask for a Mr Ryan Baker.When i asked for him,they said he doesnt speak to clients.lol......the berks that they have working for them are a joke.

some companies use false names and signthe letters in the names of staff members who don't even exist . It's just to get them off the hook i think and i was told it was for admiin so they know which team handles the account .

Are you trying to imply that the DCA industry is incompetent and doesnt know its ar*e from elbow - surely not? :tung:
