Hi, Im new to this and im lkooking for help /advice i have been dealing with Mackenzie hall for an outastanding amount of 1200 now i have been fobbing them off for a few months now making tolken payments
They have told me if its not paid by end of this month they will issue legal action (CCJ) and could get a stop on my wages and money taken from it.
Is this true???? I dont want my work finding out about this and im just struggling to pay at the moment but dont want that to happen

In all honesty, STOP any communications with Mucky Hall as they specialise in statute barred and completely uncollectable debts.

They huff and they blow, but they are full of hot air and bovine excrement.
Their scare tactics are having the usual effect, but as ever they are total fantasy.

Serious file any comms under IGNORE. Talking to them just encourages them.
