Lunacy of DCA's & their solicitors

I received a letter today from Geoffreyparkerbourne solictiors saying that if it don't contact iQor then hell with hath no fury with me.
Why can't iQor contact me themselves, why do they have to tell their solicitors to tell me to contact them?
I do wish this idiotic industry would just take a step back for a moment and realize the farcical lunacy of how they operate

I am only too glad when they waste their money in this way. They must throw endless millions down the drain every year.
