    Going round in circles with Lowells

    These idiots are chasing me for a 3 debt and sent me aload of statements today of which i am disputing.
    They have been warned previously about their conduct on this matter and anther warning is on its way to them today.
    Maybe another appearance on BBC Watchdog is called for

    thats nothing, they tried to tell me in their statements for a 3 mobile account that was the result of unsolicited goods sent to me (therefore treated by me as unconditional gifts) that i had made token payments of less then £5 between Feb 06 and feb 09. And that the 2nd to last payment was a DD, on the 21/02/2009 which funnily enough was a SATURDAY, so i'd love to know how a DD was paid on a saturday, or how i made any payments at all, when my current bank and previous bank have no records of any of the token payments being made.

    Talk about fabricating bull****, and lowells are certainly proving themselves to be market leaders in fabricating bull**** lol.

      They really are a farcical company - the letter they sent me today was their "final response" & they will give me 21 days before their collections cycle begins again - so that will be 21 days before they send a few more threatograms & then give up when they see they are getting nowhere with me.
