SO after 7 months and 8 recorded delvery letters, the letter that ive been waiting for dropped through my door

'LOWELL WERE UNABLE TO PROVIDE THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTATION'

Therefor my £2000 plus balance has been written off and the default listed as 'unsubstantiated' :tinysmile_grin_t:

Just wanted to let you know, stick with it, stick to the letters and keep writting them, it does pay off.
