how do I begin the process of claiming credit card charges?

hi guys

Can anyone point me to where I can find out how to reclaim credit card charges on my MBNA card. They have already registered default (husbands card) and we are making payments - we never get a statement or anything but I am sure we paid over due payment charges over the years. We didnt have ppi though.

I found an SAR request - do I start with that - the template is a few years old though?

I have tried searching through but there is so much fantastic info on here I cant see the wood for the trees!!!

Good luck to you both, I managed to claim back 14 years of ppi from my bank and that was offered right after my first letter. Be sure to point out how they have mis sold it to you. In my case there was no way that I was ever going to be able to make a claim on it because my work covered me if I was off sick, the same went for my wife.
