I received a letter from them today telling me that they had investigated my account in dispute complaint & i needed to contact them to find out what the outcome was (that must be a new one?) - anyway, me being me i decide to give them a ring...to be told that the "outcome" was that i owed the debt in question afterall - told the woman that i was so sad by that outcome as i was hoping the drum roll would be "you don't owe it afterall" lol
Anyway - the fools wanted me to pay up, guess what..i wouldnt & gave them a mouthful about it being in dispute and how i would report them to the authorities etc....
Idiots.

Lol if they sent that to me i would have wrote back to them, telling them that as they are only to communicate with me in writing and as there is no reason why they can not include the outcome of their so called farcical investigation of the account, then i see their letter as nothing more than an attempt to apply undue preassure on me, in breach of OFT guidelines i might add, to try and get me to to phone up one of they phone monkeys with a brain the size of a pea, simply so they can tell me the debt exists and demand i pay..... Then i would again outline the dispute with all the facts and legislation telling them to go investigate that.

I managed to get them to pay my invoice fo £120 for £25 per letter received demanding payment and per phone call recieved too.

All for a non existant Paypal debt of £16.00 - Now thats how you make a profit LOL
