Hi not had any problems paying Wescot as per my CASHflowed DMP (MBNA) until last month when they said I had not paid .My cheque was never cashed but recieved by them so I rang my bank and stopped the cheque sent a new one which was cashed a week later
Wescot have now sent their own SOA for me to fill in so they can assess my ability to pay
My circumstances have not changed in a year so do I send an updated virsion of my CASHflowed SOA or just tell them nothing has changed and I will continue to pay as usual

I'd tell them your situation hasn't changed. One payment missed and they make this fuss - ridiculous, especially when it wasn't even your fault. They seem to think they have the right to ask for everything about you for no good reason.

      Thanks Casper
It did seem a little strange I have read so much about Wescot but never had a problem before
MBNA had agreed I was having severe financial hardship when they recieved my DMP info so agreed to freeze interest and charges straight away so maybe I was lucky to not get too much hassle and Wescot are only collecting for MBNA they dont own the debt so have no reason to be given any info would you agree

        Re: Wescot

I would indeed, but then I'm also a great believer in telling them as little as possible short of an original IE to get things sorted. After that as long as repayments are stuck to they have no right to ask for more information, so standard reply for me when they send IE review sheets etc... is a letter back simply saying nothing has changed, please refer to original IE sent.
