  • IE Sheet Need Help Removing Logo

Can anyone tell me how to remove the logo from my IE sheet please. I've searched the site and tried everything I know, but nothing is working. The cells arre coming up as password protected. Obviously I don't want the password, but I would like to be able to send it without them knowing the source of where to come looking for advice I've been given.

    Thanks

It will be there for a reason, so I suggest you simply use another I&E sheet.

I've answered this before somewhere-can't remember which thread-but the poster had merely a protected SS not a password protrected

      then TOOLS|PROTECTION|UNPROTECT SHEET

then click on dog and delete

If you got the password protected one--open it in OPEN OFFICE then safe as an .xls file

Go back to Excel--then do above as password will be removed

If still trouble-I'll take password off the Template one for you and the dog---I presume Paule won't mind

Thanks you so much, have repped you for it! - just in process of downloading Open Office! Been meaning to look at it for a while anyway.

I found the thread where you'd said about clicking on the dog, but mine was actually all pasword protected.

          Thanks again, a MASSIVE help!

ps Also worked using Open Office as you suggested. That's an awesome program for free!

Forget to tell you--mine is protected above---but if you do it with Open Office--set protection on again

Protection on---means you can't accidently alter the "locked cells" with formulas and so muck-up the spreadsheet
