Today i checked an old mailbox for a giggle and found this!!!
I rang them, but refused to give my postal address as its clear they do not have it. So they couldnt talk to me. Great!!
Emailed this back to them, bear in mind ive had no contact since 1999-2000 regarding lloyds, and i didnt have an email address untill around 2002...
I tried to call you today regarding this email, but unfortunately was unwilling to give my address for my own security, and as such you was unwilling to talk to me.
For the avoidance of any doubt , I DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE ANY DEBT TO YOUR COMPANY.
I am quite concerned that you have emailed an address I have not given you at any point, and with the information you sent im pretty sure you could be in breach of the DP act.
Kindly write through conventional methods if you still feel you have right or reason to harrass me, and I will pass all correspondance onto my soliciter as required. Please note, this mailbox is not monitored, as its been unused for approx 7 years, so further emails may not be responded to.
Kind regards.
I guess Lowell are getting desperate chasing 10 year old debts that are clearly out of time.
