Well as on the bottom of the last CSL letter i got, 'Please do not write to us, our time is very strict' I can only assume they do not have anyone there thats made enough commissions to take time off to look for your CCA let alone write back too you again lol.Please note that this advice is given informally, without liability and without prejudice. Hi Guys,
I always use Postal Orders for my payments.
I keep the initial Postal Order 'Voucher Number' and after ca 5 days I ring 01246 542500 (Royal Mail Postal Order Dept) and ask them to confirm if and what date the Postal Order was cashed.
I personally wouldn't let a DCA etc anywhere near my bank details.
Not that is ever spare cash in it anyway!! LOL

(I also write down the date that I checked AND the date of encashment on my copy letter which was sent with the payment)
