Maybe not jet washing but I am sure a hosing down with the garden hosepipe because they were a health hazard would be quite acceptable.

Not so good at removing their slimy exteriors unfotunately.

Quick update....

CCA was sent, and an acknowledgement that my letter had been received was sent back.

No CCA, no other letters so far. CSL are now in breach of the 12+2 days so looking forward to seeing what they send back now.

If they run true to form like in our case they will get it back to the OC quite quickly and on to the next one.

Just an update, another week has gone by and the silence is deafening..................

They are now well past the time allowed to respond to my request so letter informing them as such, and that the account is now firmly in dispute territory has been posted.

I would have to check our files Crispy, but I think the next one on our list was Debt Managers limited who appeared about three weeks after the silence from CSL began.

I actually do hope that they do pass my account to another DCA as they have cashed my £1 and have yet to produce a CCA so a complaint to the ICO will be immediate as well as OFT, not to mention pursuing them for that quid to be returned!

That does seem sensible or, next week, you'd be reporting that there's been no response to the "no response" letter and so on.

Do the oafs understand that, until they do produce some form or version of the agreement, the alleged debt remains uncollectable?

LOL, I'll assume that their deafening silence, compared to the 4-5 letters a week I was getting threatening to 'send agents to my house', suggests that the oafs do understand the alleged debt is uncollectable until they do!

I'm actually interested to see what their next move is. If they actually had an agreement I'm sure they would have produced it by now and been jumping my bones!
